They didn’t hand paperwork in on time, therefore credit score went down 40 points! No call back from Josh Turnbull. Terrible place!! My lease was paid for on January 2 but paperwork was not received until February 8 so it showed that we were late on my lease when it was actually paid off!! They have done NOTHING to help us. Trying to buy a house but need my credit score for that to go up. These people are terrible! Josh Turnbull NEVER returns my calls.

The reason That I would Not refer anyone to an finance company is because when I bought my 2013 Hyundai elantra a they try to say that I broke the windshield on the vehicle a year and a 1/2 later and that is not true so I feel like they tried to get over on some money and tried to charge me for something that was not applicable the only reason why I went ahead and bought another Hyundai was because of the salesman Lawrence I like him in also because II loved that Hyundai sonata I wanted an S UV version of what have already had other than that everything was excellent
Was getting excellent service for our old vehicle, decided we did not want to keep it and we easily transitioned to the sales dept. Got hooked up with a great salesman and couldn't be happier with the service we received as well as our new Tuscon!!!
The overall experience was good. I am a returning client. This is my 3rd tenure to lease the vehicle. The only (long) time taken was to get the car washed before delivery.
Lamar was an awesome advocate for me as a customer. I had a very firm idea of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and he worked for hours (literally, almost 5 hours) to help me get as close as possible to my ideal. He was incredibly respectful and professional, but also really personable, which made the long process less stressful. And when I almost had to leave my car behind because my current insurance provider was on some good-good, he popped up with not one, not two, but three connections to insurance providers. He also made sure my car was detailed before it got to me, filled my gas tank, filled my parent’s gas tank since they gave me a ride to the dealership, and offered to order food in for my dad when his blood sugar started to bottom out (he’s diabetic). Service really doesn’t get any better than that and I would recommend Lamar to everybody AND their mama.
Car shopping can be very difficult, frustrating and exhausting, but everyone I came across at this dealership helped to make my experience an enjoyable one. I would like to point out that Lamar Edwards went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would definitely refer my family and friends to work with him.

This is my 2nd purchase/lease from the dealer. I was able to get the exact car I wanted in one day.....that included time to trade another dealer for the vehicle I wanted. The customer service was excellent and the lease was exactly as advertised.

Other than having to wait a whole day for the vehicle to be delivered from another location, I was very happy with the staff and their friendliness. Mr. Morales was very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle and not aggressive in trying to sell me other fees that I did not want to purchase. This was a very "high point" for me in purchasing a vehicle since over aggressive sales people will make me walk out. This is why I purchased the vehicle from this dealership.
I would highly recommend this dealership to purchase a new car. My salesperson was Ismael and he was awesome. Very friendly and not at all pushy. The Sales Manager, Stu was great as well. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional.
All of the people we encountered that work at Inland Empire were friendly and professional. The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low. All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!
Donald our sales rep was great, honest and took care of all our questions. He took a lot of time to review various car model and helped us find one that fit our needs and budget.

I was looking to buying or leasing a new car and trade in my 20 year old Ford F150 after several dealers I found Inland Empire Hyundai and the sales person Miguel Z. and he worked with me and let me test drive few cars the Santa Fe SUV it seemed to be to rough a ride he then showed me the Tucson and I enjoyed it but I asked if they had one with no electric seat and he said yes and I drove that one and was hooked so we worked out a great lease price so I took the offer and now I am driving my new car thanks to the staff at Hyundai Inland Empire.
Shopping for car is a chore but the staff at this dealership made it easy and uncomplicated. My daughter loves the car and it will suit her needs as well as being a good looking car.

Happy to have done business with Miguel Zavala at Hyundai Inland Empire. We had a leased Hyundai we wanted out of (loved the car, hated the restrictions) and Miguel and the dealership were able to make the process mostly painless. Took a bit of a hit with turning the car back in early, but in the long-run, it will work to our benefit. Purchased a new 2017 Elantra GX and couldn't be more pleased. Nice dealership, nice people.. definitely would recommend them.
